Click here to find the "create account" form. Fill in your name, contact information, email and password. When you sign up, you'll be logged in automatically and can start creating your entries right away.

When you first log into your account , you'll see a "Start a new entry" form. Simply choose which award or scholarship you want to apply for, and click the "Start" button. In the form that loads, you will find all the information you need in order to submit an award nomination or scholarship application. You don't have to complete your entry all in one sitting. Your entry saves while you work, so you can always come back to it later.

Member Recognition Application Process

Be sure to read the Application Process and ensure that you have submitted all required documents for the respective award. You can also find each Application Process below: 

Once you have created an account:

  • You can click on Category Descriptions for more information about each Award
  • To apply to an award, click Choose Category and scroll until you find the category you are nominating for (Spotlight - Individual HR Excellence Award, Spotlight - Team HR Excellence Award, Spotlight - HR Champion Award)
  • Enter the title of your entry ([Nominee Name or Project/Initiative Name] - [Category] Award, i.e. Project A - Team Award)

You can see your submission by clicking into the 'Dashboard' in your account. From here you can edit the submissions by clicking into them. Make sure to save your progress!

Once you're finished, hit 'Send to judges' to submit your entry. Only completed and submitted entries will be reviewed by the judges.

The deadline to complete submissions is December 15, 2025.

Scholarship Application Process
